How does AIMCare pricing work?
AIMCare uses three main plans based on the type and scale of healthcare operation: Clinic, Hospital Core and Enterprise. Each includes defined user, capacity and usage limits, with additional capacity and optional capabilities available separately.
Is AIMCare priced per user or per bed?
Neither alone. Each plan includes a defined number of users and, for hospital plans, a defined bed capacity. Additional users and beds can be added at published rates.
Are all AIMCare modules included in every plan?
No. Each plan includes the core workflows appropriate to that care setting. Clinic focuses on outpatient care, Hospital Core adds inpatient and hospital operations, and Enterprise adds multi-location, advanced analytics, integrations and enterprise controls. Optional capabilities are available separately.
What happens if we need more users or beds?
You can add users and hospital beds without replacing your AIMCare deployment. Additional users are ₹299/user/month and additional beds are ₹199/bed/month where applicable.
Is implementation included in the monthly subscription?
Implementation and onboarding are priced separately. Clinic implementation starts at ₹15,000, Hospital Core at ₹50,000 and Enterprise at ₹1,50,000, depending on deployment scope.
Can AIMCare support multiple hospitals or branches?
Yes. Multi-location management is included with Enterprise and is available as an expansion option for applicable lower-tier deployments.
What happens above 200 beds?
Enterprise includes up to 200 beds under the published plan. Larger hospitals, hospital groups and complex deployments are priced based on the required scale, integrations and implementation scope.
Are integrations included?
API and advanced integration capabilities are included with Enterprise and can be added to Clinic or Hospital Core where required. The exact scope depends on the systems being connected.
